Scholarship established

Adams County Master Gardeners have established a new annual scholarship to benefit a student at the Natchez Campus of Co-Lin.


The first scholarship will be awarded in fall 2024 to a sophomore who is a resident of Adams County or Concordia Parish with a minimum 2.5 GPA, with preference given for a science major.


Those on hand for the presentation were (from left) Karen O’Neal, treasurer; Jason Jones, Adams County Extension Agent; Tevah Cardneaux, president; Anne Gray, reporter; Joanne King, vice president; Mimi Puddister, secretary; and Angela Furr, executive director of the Co-Lin Foundation.
