The Wesson Garden Club along with the Chatawqua Garden Club of Crystal Springs, both members of the Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc., partnered with the Hazlehurst Garden Club to design and install a new landscape at the Copiah County Courthouse in Hazlehurst.
Jacob Prisock from Co-Lin designed the landscape plan and assisted in the planting new beds and shrubs. The clubs worked together to kick-start the project with help from the Copiah County Board of Supervisors.
The five Wesson Garden Club members helping with the project were Ramona Hartzog, Cherry Head, Debbie Hoaglin, Debbie Smith and Dixie Thornton.
