On World Cancer Day, Mississippi ACS CAN (American Cancer Society's Cancer Action Network) turned advocacy into action. During Cancer Action Day on February 4, advocates gathered with state leaders for a breakfast and press conference to emphasize the importance of expanding access to biomarker testing. This testing helps ensure patients receive the right treatment at the right time, and policy plays a vital role in making that access possible.
