Post 79 Provides Space Force Flag to Wesson Attendance Center/High school

On March 4, 2022 Department Finance Officer and Post 79 Commander Bobby Thornton presented a new Space Force Flag to the local high school in Wesson, MS.

On Veteran's Day Commander Thornton was the guest speaker for the school's Veteran's Day program. During that time, he noticed that the school did not have a Space Force Flag.

Soon after, Commander Thornton gained the support of the Post 79 Membership and went on to purchase the flag to donate to the school.
