Wesson Local Launches New Book

Dr. Stephanie Duguid, the former Dean of Academic Instruction at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, has been busy since her retirement in June of 2023 after 15 years with the college. She is now known as a professional speaker, podcast host, international best-selling author, and leadership development expert who has recently announced the release of her latest book, Exponentially Elevate Your Leadership Impact: A Yearlong Journey to Reflect, Strengthen, and Elevate Your Leadership, now available on Amazon.

The edition has already reached Amazon Best Seller status in multiple categories, including adult and continuing education and business leadership.

This book reads as an interactive journal designed to help readers take consistent, actionable steps toward authentic leadership growth. With 52 weeks of guided lessons, reflective journaling, affirmations, and exercises, the book provides a roadmap for leaders at all levels to build confidence, strengthen communication, and create lasting influence.
