Wesson Shuts Out Wilkinson County in 48-0 Victory

by Charlie Rook

Wesson Attendance Center continued its impressive season Friday night, defeating Wilkinson County 48-0.

The Cobras put together another convincing performance, scoring 48 points while keeping Wilkinson County off the scoreboard.

Friday's victory marked another strong defensive showing for Wesson, which has been difficult for opponents to handle throughout the season.

The Cobras entered the matchup having already established themselves as one of the stronger teams in their area, and the result provided another example of their success on both sides of the ball.

Wesson's offense continued producing points at a high level, while its defense delivered a shutout against a district opponent.

With the regular season nearing its conclusion, the Cobras will look to carry their momentum into the postseason and continue their strong run.
