Co-Lin’s Workforce Education Department facilitated Commercial Truck Driving (CDL) training this fall on the Wesson Campus.
Over five weeks, students completed theory and road-time requirements in preparation for a road test which is included in the cost of the class. Dwight Brown was the instructor.
“We are thrilled to add these Workforce Education Commercial Truck Driving classes to our catalog of classes,” Jackie Martin, Co-Lin Wesson Campus Vice President said. “This move responds to industry requests, and we are looking forward to providing well prepared employees.”
Students can enroll now for an upcoming CDL session starting January 9, 2023. The registration deadline is December 14. Training sessions is available at both the Simpson County Center in Mendenhall, MS, and on the Wesson Campus.
