“I need God. Every day. Every moment. Every second that I breathe, I need God.

I am not strong enough on my own.” – Unknown.

The Lord has a way of humbling you and reminding you real quick that you need

Him in every facet of your life. Don’t get complacent.

We need God in every nook and cranny of our lives, whether we think we do or

not. I don’t know about you, but I can’t imagine a second without Him in it. He’s always

been with us in the past, He’s with us this very moment, and He tells us that He goes

before us to prepare a way and a place for us. He knows what the future holds for us.

He knows us better than we know ourselves. He knows our shortcomings and He

knows our potential. He knows we are going to “think” we can handle things on our

own…and that we will epically fail when we do so. He knows we are weak on our own

but are stronger with Him. This world is a tough place and we can’t face it by ourselves.

We need Him to help us get through each and every day.

We have to lift one another up and remind each other, like I’m doing right now as

well as in prayer, to lean on His strength and not our own. He truly is our lifeline. We

need to keep Him top of mind each day and live for Him. We have to put Him first in our

lives. Everything else will follow suit.
