Construction is progressing on the new Spring Street home for the Wesson Police Department, a $300,000 project funded by state bond monies and being carried out by municipal employees. Brad Turner, Wesson Public Works Director, drafted specs for the building, and he and his crew, including Joe Glasper and Jonathan Hutt, are doing the construction work. The builders are at work when they aren't responding to other town priority needs, and work should be completed before the end of the year.
