Jackson, Mississippi - On Saturday, September 12th, 2020 at 7:30pm, the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra is presenting a free digital broadcast in celebration of its highly successful eventless gala, “SUSTAIN THE NOTES”. The program cast will feature moving remarks by Music Director Crafton Beck from his living room, accompanied by entertaining and uplifting music from our musicians, safe at home. Music includes three digital presentations by MSO musicians from their homes, including Ravel’s Bolero, a portion of Dvorak’s Eighth Symphony, and a fun PDQ Bach spoof for “two unfriendly groups of instruments.”
