The Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR), Co-Lin’s adult education program, is completing its hunt for a scholarship student to assist at the college
Each year, ILR awards a scholarship to a student enrolled at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, with preference given to a family member of an ILR member. The deadline for the 2023-24 scholarship candidates was March 31.
ILR’s scholarship committee is Mary Ann Smith, Diane Clopton, and Sonya Cowen. This year, they will award a $350 scholarship.
The 2022-2023 scholarship recipient was Zack Woods, grandson of both Mary Lou Barlow and Nancy Woods.
